Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Townsville Touch Referees Association Inc., (TTRA) in accordance with its Constitution, hereby gives formal written notice of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held Wednesday 15 December, 2021.

The AGM will be held at Townsville Touch Football's Queens Park clubhouse and will commence at 6pm.

Per the constitution, all elected and appointed positions on the Association's committees will be vacated at the meeting and open for election.

Management Committee

  • President
  • Senior Vice President
  • Junior Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary

Immediately following the AGM, a General Committee Meeting (GCM) will be held to appoint the following positions:

Coordinators

  • Coaching Coordinator
  • Fundraising Coordinator
  • Publicity & Promotions Coordinator

Committees

  • Match Appointments Committee
  • Coaching Committee
  • Fundraising Committee

Nominations for all positions on the association's committees must be received in writing (via the below forms) at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM.
